Write for Supreme Juris

Home » Write for Supreme Juris

Supreme Juris welcomes contributions from legal professionals, academics, law students, and informed commentators who share our commitment to clear, accurate, and insightful legal analysis.

What We Look For

  • Original Analysis: We value fresh perspectives on legal developments, not summaries of what others have already written. Tell us what a ruling means, why it matters, and what comes next.
  • Clarity: Our readers range from legal professionals to engaged citizens. Write in a way that is authoritative yet accessible. Avoid unnecessary jargon, and explain technical terms when they are essential.
  • Accuracy: Every factual claim should be supportable. Cite case names, statutory provisions, and official sources. We verify all submissions before publication.
  • Timeliness: We prioritise analysis of current and recent legal developments. Evergreen pieces on foundational legal concepts are also welcome.

Submission Guidelines

  • Articles should be between 1,000 and 2,500 words
  • Include a compelling headline and a brief author biography (2-3 sentences)
  • Cite primary sources such as case law, statutes, and official records
  • Use clear subheadings to organise longer pieces
  • Submit your article as a Word document or Google Doc link
  • Include a note confirming the work is original and unpublished

Topics of Interest

We are particularly interested in analysis of recent court decisions at the appellate and supreme court levels, commentary on pending legislation and regulatory changes, explorations of emerging areas such as artificial intelligence law, data privacy, and digital governance, comparative legal perspectives across jurisdictions, and examinations of how legal developments affect everyday life.

What We Offer Contributors

  • A byline with your name and brief professional biography
  • Exposure to our growing audience of legal professionals and engaged readers
  • Professional editing to ensure your piece meets our standards
  • A permanent link to your published article for your portfolio
